Get Your Butt in Gear! Even in the Winter!
Just because it's a little cold out is no reason to let yourself put on those extra layers! Who wants to emerge in spring after the winter hibernation with an extra 15 pounds! No, I won't let this happen to you! Keep your butt in gear this winter by hiking outdoors! I'm not saying to go when it's a blizzard but you all know that there are always breaks in the weather when you could get yourself out and on the hills! A little climbing cardio does your body good! Trust me, your thighs and butt will thank you come Spring!
The best part is that you don't need to join an expensive gym, either! Just get a pair of Timberland Boots and hit the ground running!
Visit the Official Timberland Site to see all the fabulous winter boots you can squeeze your little toesies into this holiday season!

Healthy Movie Theater Snacks Popping Up in a Theater Near You?
Could you give up the delicious buttery goodness of movie theater butter popcorn? I've actually started sneaking in organic popcorn into the movies so I get the popcorn idea without the butterball I have to roll out of the theater 2 hours later.
What are your thoughts?

One More Reason to Eat Better: Pringles Recall! Eww!
Proctor & Gamble recalled has recalled Restaurant Cravers Cheeseburger and Family Faves Taco Night. I mean don't they sound delicious? I mean, seriously though--could anything be more unnatural? Both chips included hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP), an obscure but widely-used flavor-enhancing ingredient made by Basic Food Flavors, Inc.
Grosssssss.

Safe and Healthy Water Bottles with No BPA!
These water bottles are aaaaaaaamazing! It's like lately the only thing safe is glass these days--but how do you just tote around a glass bottle? Enter Lifefactory's glass bottle encased in a silicone casing (both are dishwasher safe btw!). It's bisphenol-A (BPA), phthalate, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) free! What could be better?
Oh yeah, they're only $22 bucks here! Cheers to healthy water!
